Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Any questions, need assistance with reservations, or want to
know more about The Flying Toucan, we're here to help.
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% room deposit payment, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to check-in. For bookings made within 30 days of check-in, full payment is required at the time of reservation. Payments are fully refundable up to 30 days before check-in, subject to a 10% administration fee.
Please note that The Flying Toucan is not responsible for cancellations due to weather or health-related reasons. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your peace of mind.
